Tribe stays undefeated against longtime rival

TheTribe Warriors entered their annual game against the Wilco Falcons undefeated and having wonthe last seven matchups between the teams. The game was played at Wilco with both teams starting several younger players.

The youth proved to be more of a factor for the Falcons as Chandler Golemon, one of Tribe's two starting seniors, led his team on four 1st quarter touchdowns. Golemon ran for two and passed to Tony Eastty for another. Junior, Joshua McAlister added another TD in the quarter.

The Falcons could not get moving offensively as they had only one first down in the game and ended with 57 yards of offense on 33 offensive plays.

Tribe added rushing TDs from Matthew McNabb, Christian Connor and a receiving score from Chuy Gonzales in the second quarter to end the game at halftime with a score of 56-0.

With the victory, Tribe moved to 5-0 on the season and for the first time in the program's history was undefeated at the halfway point in the season.
